Delivery times can vary for each product based on the delivery location and the size of the product. Due to the size of some products, ground shipping may be the only shipping method available. Refer to the “When Will My Order Arrive” tab on the FAQ page for more shipping time information.
We will use a combination of shipping carriers to ensure the safest, quickest delivery of your items with online package tracking. Most standard shipping is completed using UPS or FedEx. Large item orders like some furniture pieces may require a freight carrier which can add a few days to your delivery. You are responsible for moving large items into your residence after delivery.
The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time you receive it.
Pre-Ship Processing Time is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. This time is needed for products that are shipped to you directly from our manufacturers. The manufacturers need this time to fulfill your order and in some cases, custom build the product.
Shipping time is measured from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your home or office.
